Do I need to install software?
No. Yaqa is a web system that runs in the browser on phone and desktop, and you can add it to your home screen like an app.
Where is my data and my customers’ data stored?
On secure servers with daily backups, and each shop’s data is isolated. The data is yours and you can export it any time.
I am not technical — can I use it?
The whole system is in Arabic and follows how a shop works: customer, measurement, order, stage, delivery. We help you set up and import your existing customers.
Is e-invoicing included?
Yes, on both plans, including ZATCA phase two, at no extra cost.
Can I add staff and set permissions?
Basic includes one staff account; Advanced includes unlimited accounts with per-account permissions.
If it does not suit me, can I cancel?
The trial is free with no credit card, and you can export all your data if you decide not to continue.
